TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a public contracting authority, Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH manages over 5,000 properties of the State of Berlin. These include properties belonging, among others, to the general stock (e.g. administrative buildings), refugee accommodations, cultural buildings, police and fire brigade facilities, as well as schools and justice buildings. As part of this administrative activity, there is regularly a need to procure diverse services in the field of sun protection services. Against this background, tenders for corresponding services shall be continuously conducted through a dynamic purchasing system (DPS). The aim is to establish a qualified bidder pool that is available for future individual call-offs. Admission to the bidder pool entitles participation in future tenders for sun protection services within the framework of the DPS.
