TENDER DESCRIPTION

Breitband Ortenau GmbH & Co. KG intends, in the Ortenau district, in the municipalities of Bad Peterstal-Griesbach, Biberach, Durbach, Ettenheim, Fischerbach, Gutach, Hausach, Hohberg, Hofstetten, Hornberg, Lautenbach, Mühlenbach, Nordrach, Oberharmersbach, Oberkirch, Oberwolfach, Oppenau, Ottenhöfen, Schuttertal, Seelbach, Steinach, Wolfach and Zell am Harmersbach, to construct a passive fibre-optic network and to expand the existing (or, in part, also still under construction) passive fibre-optic network. The construction services include, among other things, laying conduits (empty ducts), installing LWL (fibre-optic) cables, installing closures/splice cases (muffen) and manholes/cable pits (schächte), constructing technical buildings and multifunction housings including optical splitters, as well as the creation of in-building connections including LWL installation, including the provision of splicing work and other associated installation work (e.g. installation of APL) and fibre testing (OTDR).
