TENDER DESCRIPTION

As a public contracting authority, Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH manages over 5,000 properties of the State of Berlin. These include properties belonging, among others, to the general stock (e.g. administrative buildings), refugee accommodations, cultural buildings, police and fire brigade facilities, as well as schools and judicial buildings. In the course of this administrative responsibility, there is a regular procurement need for a variety of services in the area of BNB and/or sustainability coordination. Within the framework of the dynamic procurement system, tenders for BNB and/or sustainability coordination are to be regularly conducted. The goal is to build a pool of bidders through a pre-qualification competition, which will be available for future tenders. Admission to the bidder pool enables participation in future tenders for BNB and/or sustainability coordination.
