TENDER DESCRIPTION

Holbæk Municipality is carrying out a tender procedure and hereby establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for “Employment services” for citizens in Holbæk Municipality. The contracting authority looks forward to a simplified and flexible system that makes it possible to quickly adjust measures to the current needs. In addition, both smaller and larger suppliers may be considered, as it is not only larger assignments that are tendered, but also substantially smaller assignments, all the way down to the efforts of a few or one citizen. Holbæk Municipality prioritises a portfolio of offers within employment-related services that reflects the diversity of challenges and needs that citizens in employment support have. Holbæk Municipality continuously adjusts the relevant portfolio of offers in the employment support area based on the citizens’ and the labour market’s current challenges and needs. The employment-related services have, in general, the overall purpose of strengthening the citizen’s progression towards employment or education or other relevant activity.
