TENDER DESCRIPTION

Holbæk Municipality is carrying out a tender and hereby establishes a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for “Employment Services” for residents in Holbæk Municipality. The contracting authority looks forward to a simplified and flexible system that enables efforts to be quickly tailored to the current need. In addition, both smaller and larger suppliers may be considered, as not only larger contracts are tendered, but also significantly smaller contracts, down to the effort of a few or even one resident. Holbæk Municipality prioritises a range of offers within employment-related services that reflects the diversity of challenges and needs that residents in employment services have. Holbæk Municipality continuously adjusts the relevant range of offers within employment services based on the residents’ and the labour market’s current challenges and needs. The employment-related services have the overall purpose of strengthening the resident’s progression towards employment or education or other relevant activity.
