TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the contract is the execution of active protection activities, including but not limited to: cutting down trees and shrubs (work area: approximately 2 ha) in the Łężczok nature reserve, located in the municipalities of Racibórz and Nędza in Racibórz county. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No. 1 to the Terms of Reference (TOR) – Description of the Subject of the Contract (OPZ). Other conditions concerning the execution of the contract are specified in the “Draft contractual provisions” (PPU), which constitute Annex No. 2 to the TOR.
