TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lease of electronic key lockers for storing keys for official vehicles, including purchase option. The subject of the contract is: delivery, installation, configuration, commissioning, integration, training of administrators, provision of warranty service and technical support for electronic key lockers for storing keys of official vehicles together with the management software, intended for use in Police units. The contract will be carried out in the form of a lease for a period of 24 months with a mandatory purchase of the devices after the end of the agreement for an amount of PLN 1.00 net for each device. The devices will be located in 2 locations at the Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań: 3 units in the building of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Poznań at ul. Kochanowskiego 2a and 2 units in the building of the Police Preventive Units in Poznań at ul. Taborowa 22. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) has been included in Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ. Meanwhile, the conditions for performance of the subject of the contract have been specified in the draft agreement constituting Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ.
