TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the lease of one complete, technically operational robotic surgery system with equipment and the provision of full service support for a period of 24 months. 1.1. The offered robotic surgery system must meet the requirements specified in applicable laws and the technical, functional, and quality requirements set by the Ordering Party. 1.2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including technical, functional, quality requirements, requirements for equipment, compatibility, documentation, training, service, and other conditions of contract implementation, is specified in Annex no. 2 to the Terms of Reference (TOR) – (OPZ). 1.3. The requirements concerning the manner of contract execution, in particular the rights and obligations of the Parties, principles of contract implementation, acceptance of the subject of the contract, service provision, exercising the option right, payment terms, liability of the Parties, and other execution conditions are defined in the Draft Contract Provisions, Annex no. 9 to the TOR.
