TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in setting up 2,700 Digital Building Object Books (c-KOB) based on the paper book provided by the Contracting Authority along with supplementation on its own part and with the use of available and legally sanctioned services (providing data in the scope of geodesy and cartography) of all missing information in the c-KOB tables, such as, inter alia, information about the object: • type and function of the building object and year of commissioning, • technical parameters (building area, height, volume, number of floors, number of premises), • equipment with installations and devices, situational plan and marking on the map, • information about asbestos-containing products and the competent building supervision authority, as well as managing and ongoing maintenance of the Digital Building Object Book (c-KOB), including: • granting and revoking all necessary rights and accesses, • ongoing completion of information, for properties owned by the Municipality of the City of Łódź as well as properties constituting private, co-owned and State Treasury resources, managed/administered by the Municipal Premises Authority.
