TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject matter of the contract is the designing, producing, supplying, installing, configuring, integrating, implementing, pilot commissioning, documentation, training, and start-up support of the Integrated Platform Supporting Real Estate Asset Management, including the supply and integration of equipment for 3D inventorying. The detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) is contained in Annex No 2 to the SWZ. In accordance with Article 91(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 – Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority carried out an analysis of the possibility of dividing the contract into parts. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that dividing the subject contract is not justified for technical, organisational, and economic reasons.
