TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the design, manufacture, delivery, installation, configuration, integration, implementation, pilot launch, documentation, training and start-up support of the Integrated Platform for Real Estate Asset Management Support, together with delivery and integration of 3D inventory equipment. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is included in Annex No. 2 to the Terms of Reference (SWZ). The Contracting Authority, pursuant to Art. 91(1) of the Act of 11 September 2019 - Public Procurement Law, conducted an analysis of the possibility of dividing the contract into parts. As a result of the analysis, it was concluded that the division of the subject contract is not justified for technical, organizational or economic reasons.
