TENDER DESCRIPTION
1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of vaccines under 2 lots, hereinafter referred to as "the goods", described in detail in Annex No. 2 to the SWZ entitled "Description of the subject matter of the contract". Immunisations are carried out from the financial resources of the Małopolskie Voivodeship: Lot No. 1 concerns the supply of vaccines against pertussis. 1.
