TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the purchase of a thermally controlled analyzer for the amplification of nucleic acids with the possibility of fluorescence analysis simultaneously for two light wavelengths. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is provided in Annex No 4 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling this procurement procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it 1.
