TENDER DESCRIPTION

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a laboratory incubator with orbital shaking along with a flat work platform. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex No 4 to the SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Law (Pzp), the Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of cancelling the present procurement procedure if public funds that the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance all or part of the contract have not been granted to it. 1.
