TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of this public contract is the supply of a solution whose purpose is to improve the way medical records are managed, enabling their interoperable exchange, sharing, secure storage and interpretation through the modernisation of the information systems of the Havlíčkův Brod Psychiatric Hospital. Medical records will, to the greatest possible extent, be maintained and transmitted in electronic form so that patients and authorised persons are enabled to access these medical records online, in accordance with interoperability standards as specified by the MoH/NCEZ specification and also the standards as specified by the MyHealth@EU specification (for cross-border communication – EU). The scope of delivery also includes fulfilling obligations in relation to the use of newly introduced central eHealth systems and new obligations arising from EU legislation (EHDS Regulation).
