1. Framework agreement for the procurement of e-learning course materials with official accreditation, to be used in a closed-system distance learning training management system for the performance of the tasks prescribed by law of the Directorate for Training and Examination of the Transport Science and Construction Quality Control Institute, Rail Training Methodology Directorate, for a period of 24 months. 2.
