TENDER DESCRIPTION

The scope of the public procurement includes the following activities: I. Provision of a solution for protecting e-mail messages, as follows: 1. Renewal of the right to use and support for an e-mail security solution (Trellix), described in Table No 1 of the Contracting Authority’s Technical Specification - Appendix No 1: - Email Sec Srv Ed (user) 1W 1:1TE(T) - product number: EMSE1WECE-AA-CA – quantity: 1200 pcs – validity and support must be ensured until 09.09.2029; - EM 3600 Appliance(T) – product number: EM-3600-TA – validity and support must be ensured until 09.09.2029. The parameters of the support service shall include: • Capability to register incidents on the manufacturer’s website; • Capability to download updates from the manufacturer’s website; • Capability for on-site hardware support and replacement of a defective component. 2.
