TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project, centrally located and well connected for traffic, is located at Dornheimer Weg 24 on the premises of e-netz Südhessen AG, behind Darmstadt Central Station. The new building will include outdoor parking spaces on the premises of e-netz Südhessen AG. In the area of the new administrative building, visitor parking spaces accessible to the public are also to be provided, as well as a waiting area for arriving trucks. Next to the area intended for the new construction, there is the listed power transformer workshop from 1926. This is to be incorporated into the concept as described below. The planning area can be taken from the attached plan. The newly to be built building will receive a forecourt on the premises of e-netz Südhessen AG and will be entered from there via a main entrance. The forecourt of the main building including the gatehouse is to be designed so that the building can be accessed both by external users and by e-netz employees.
