TENDER DESCRIPTION

The construction project, centrally located and conveniently accessible by transport, is located at Dornheimer Weg 24 on the industrial premises of e-netz Südhessen AG, behind Darmstadt main railway station. The new construction will provide outdoor parking spaces on the industrial premises of e-netz Südhessen AG. In the area of the new administrative building, publicly accessible visitor parking spaces are also to be provided, as well as a waiting area for arriving trucks. Next to the area intended for the new construction there is the listed (protected) transformer workshop dating from 1926. This is to be incorporated into the concept as described below. The planning area can be taken from the attached plan. The newly to be constructed building will receive a forecourt for the industrial premises of e-netz Südhessen AG and will be entered from there via a main entrance. The forecourt of the main building including the guardhouse is to be designed so that the building can be accessed both by external users and by e-netz employees. In doing so, it must be ensured that unauthorized third parties do not have access to the industrial premises of e-netz Südhessen AG.
