TENDER DESCRIPTION

As part of the project, a vehicle parking hall is to be constructed as a new build. In total, a covered area of approx. 3,000 m² is to be created. The hall is used exclusively for weather-protected and frost-free parking of vehicles. Access is restricted to authorized personnel through structural and technical measures. As part of the new-build structure, large vehicle gates are to be installed to ensure safe and efficient vehicle traffic and to have at least 4.70 m width × 4.25 m height per gate. The lightweight steel hall is to be erected ready for occupancy by March 2027. The hall has been structurally verified in accordance with DIN EN 1991 and is designed for permanent installation. It is to be connected to the site’s energy and utilities supply network, with the exception of heating supply as well as potable water and wastewater. The technical rooms are to be planned centrally and must be accessible from the outside at any time for the technicians. For each section of the lightweight steel hall, a second structural escape route must be available. see above.
