TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot concerns the supply of enforcement bicycles, including robust bicycles such as mountain bikes and electric variants, which are used in the performance of supervision and enforcement tasks. The contract includes: • the supply of enforcement bicycles owned by the municipality; • the supply of associated parts and accessories; • maintenance, repair and service during the term of the Framework Agreement. Scope Lot 1 – Enforcement bicycles The estimated contract value is € 156,392, excluding VAT, over the maximum contract term of four years. To be able to accommodate limited changes in volume during the contract term, a maximum contract value of € 195,490, excluding VAT, is used for the regular scope. In addition, the following review option is provided: Expansion of enforcement bicycles: as a result of staffing changes, changes in mobility policy or organisational shifts, there may be an expansion of up to ten (10) enforcement bicycles. The maximum financial scope of this expansion amounts to € 56,000, excluding VAT, consisting of up to € 50,000, for procurement and € 6,000, for parts and maintenance.
