TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement is prepared for contracting one contractor for the Specification Maintenance of Green Plantings 2027 and beyond. The municipality intends to conclude a contract for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend the contract up to four times by two (2) years each. The duration of the specification concerns 2 years, followed optionally by four (4) unilateral extension options from the client of 2 years each. The maximum duration of the specification is therefore 10 years. The estimated value of this specification amounts to €2,650,000 excluding VAT over the entire duration including all options and extensions. The estimate is based on calculation standards and a forecast of the expected need. The take-up under this agreement depends on the deployment of the in-house service.
