TENDER DESCRIPTION

This procurement is prepared for the purpose of contracting one contractor for the Green Planting Maintenance Specification 2027 and beyond. The municipality intends to conclude a contract for a period of two (2) years with the option to extend the contract up to four times for two (2) years each. The duration of the specification is 2 years, followed optionally by four (4) unilateral extension options from the contracting authority, each lasting 2 years. The maximum duration of the specification is therefore 10 years. The estimated value of this specification is €2,650,000 excluding VAT for the entire duration including all options and extensions. The estimate is based on calculation standards and a forecast of the expected demand. The procurement within this agreement depends on the deployment of the in-house service.
