TENDER DESCRIPTION
This tender has been prepared for the purpose of awarding a contract to one contractor for the Landscaping Maintenance of Plantings Contract 2027 and onwards. The municipality wishes to conclude a contract for a period of two (2) years, with the option to extend the contract for up to four (4) times for two (2) years each. The duration of the contract is 2 years, followed by four (4) unilateral extension options to be taken up at the option of the client, each for 2 years. The maximum duration of the contract is then 10 years. The estimated value of this contract is €2,650,000,- excluding VAT over the entire duration, including all options and extensions. The estimate is based on calculation standards and a forecast of the expected need. The order volume under this agreement depends on the involvement of the in-house service.
