TENDER DESCRIPTION
The University of Utrecht (UU) has 303 gas distribution systems in the maintenance regions East and West at the Utrecht Science Park (USP). There may be a few more. The systems are used, among other things, for medical activities at the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine and for research in laboratories. For these systems, we wish to contract out daily maintenance. The aim of the daily maintenance is to ensure that, throughout the service life of the installations, they function as optimally as possible. The service life of the systems varies. During this period, the contractor must carry out the maintenance, clean the installations, and record their actual condition. The estimated value for the maintenance is €115,000 per year.
