TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Ministry of Defence is looking for a supplier for the delivery of large-format printers (plotters). The contract concerns a multi-year, comprehensive framework agreement for plotters including the following, as listed below: - The delivery of plotters; - Supplying consumables & accessories for the plotters; - Maintenance of the plotters; - Delivering and installing the firmware and software, including carrying out updates and upgrades on the firmware and software; - Informing and advising; - Providing support via a helpdesk.
