TENDER DESCRIPTION

CVO Rotterdam invites market parties to submit tenders for Lot A of the European tender for the hiring of external workers. This lot relates to teaching staff within secondary education, including teachers for regular and scarce subjects. CVO uses external workers to ensure continuity of education, to absorb temporary staff unavailability and to fill vacancies that are difficult to fill. The contract is carried out through a framework agreement with multiple contractors. For Lot A, it is expected that three to five parties will be contracted. For each specific staffing requirement, CVO organises a mini-competition among the contracted suppliers. The most suitable candidate is selected based on quality, suitability, availability and rate. The indicative volume of Lot C amounts to approximately € 9,900,000 exclusive of VAT over the full contract duration of four years, including the extension options. No rights can be derived from this.
