TENDER DESCRIPTION
The municipality of Noardeast-Fryslân intends to conclude a framework agreement for the supply of tractors. The contract primarily provides for the purchase of four tractors, which are expected to be taken up immediately after contract award. In addition, the framework agreement offers the possibility to purchase up to four additional tractors during the term, if budget is available for this and the operational need gives rise to this.
