TENDER DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this procurement is to award a contract to one (1) contractor for cleaning maintenance services as described in this document and the associated annexes. This contract will be awarded to the tenderer that has submitted the best price-quality ratio. The Tenderer must therefore be certified on the basis of the PSO-30+ (Abw) Certificate or equivalent. Other documents that demonstrate that this requirement has been met are also permitted. The contract concerns a total of 16 locations with a total floor area of 20,841.42 m² under maintenance.
