TENDER DESCRIPTION

The assignment includes carrying out professional technical management and maintenance in order to achieve the objective referred to in Section 1.2.1. • Efficiently managing, maintaining and optimizing building-related installations; • Ensuring the continuity, safety and comfort of visitors, employees and other users of the building; • Minimizing malfunctions and responding adequately to malfunctions and emergencies, so that the impact on business operations is limited as much as possible; • Easing the burden on EYE through proactive technical management, clear communication, adequate reports and control of specialized subcontractors; • Complying with relevant laws and regulations, standards and requirements; • Identifying and advising on maintenance, replacement, sustainability, innovation and optimization opportunities for an optimal and future-proof operation of the building; • Actively contributing to future-proof technical operation by responding to technological developments, digitization, asset management and sustainability; • Working together in a partnership approach, with transparency and continuous improvement of service delivery.
