TENDER DESCRIPTION

This is a European public procurement procedure by Stichting Radboud universitair medisch centrum, hereinafter referred to as Radboudumc. The purpose of the procurement is to select one (1) supplier with whom a Framework Agreement will be concluded for a period of three (3) years with a unilateral option to extend once for one (1) additional year for the provision of interpreting services for Radboudumc. In addition, throughout the term of the agreement, continuous attention will need to be paid to sustainability in the provision of services, including by implementing the Green Deal Duurzame Zorg (Sustainable Care Deal) that Radboudumc (co-)signed and its own Sustainability Policy 2021-2025 that was developed in consultation with Radboud University. The scope of the assignment includes in-person interpreting services, telephone interpreting services, conference call interpreting services and video interpreting services.
