TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract to be awarded concerns the provision of hot beverage facilities. 1. The supply of hot beverages via vending machines, with the following activities: • Delivery and installation of vending machines on the basis of a lease; • Placement of drip trays; • Delivery of ingredients; • Troubleshooting of second-line faults; • Carrying out preventive maintenance on the vending machines; 2. Operating, at the contractor’s own expense and risk, unattended coffee corners based on a premium coffee facility, with the following activities: • Delivery and installation of vending machines including accompanying furniture; • Delivery of ingredients and recyclable cups; • Troubleshooting of second-line – and first-line faults; • Carrying out preventive maintenance on the vending machines and the furniture; • Provision (full operating) of the vending machines and the furniture, including o ordering the ingredients o refilling the vending machines o cleaning the vending machines and he It concerns 8 locations with a total of 30 vending machines and 12 drip trays.
