TENDER DESCRIPTION

The contract concerns the provision of hot and cold beverages in the (renovated) town hall and all associated locations. The contract includes the supply of hot and cold beverage machines on a rental / operational lease basis, including associated services. The contract includes at least: - Delivery, placement, and installation of new machines; - Making the machines available and operational throughout the duration of the contract; - Supply of ingredients and associated consumables; - Preventive and corrective maintenance; - Fault handling according to agreed response times; - Replacement of machines in the event of structural malfunctions or at the end of their lifespan; - Support during commissioning and user instruction.
