TENDER DESCRIPTION
Measure number: B32HC031330001 Description: 26E TU EAE DEG The construction project includes the partial refurbishment of an existing multi-storey accommodation building with a newly to be constructed 3rd stairwell. In addition, a quarantine area and a childcare facility (kindergarten) will be created. The building dates from the 1930s, when it was used as a warehouse. This building was refurbished in the 1990s for use as a asylum seekers’ home. The tendered measure includes a high proportion of building services (TGA), complete new installation of sanitary services, heating, conveying/transport technology, ventilation technology, building management/automation (GLT) and electrical installations with a BMA. Also included as part of the refurbishment is a consolidation/combination of WC and shower facilities. The building fabric to be worked on extends from the basement (KG), ground floor (EG), 1st and 2nd floors (1. and 2.OG) as well as the roof floor (DG), with an area of approximately 5,000 m².
