TENDER DESCRIPTION
The screen-printing equipment will enable technological deposition processes of functional layers, including in the micrometric field specific to the screen printing / screen printing technology, with the possibility to adjust the relevant parameters for the uniformity and reproducibility of the process, in accordance with the requirements of research and development applications in the field of microelectronics, sensors and microsystems. The equipment will be part of a prototyping line of the type "Additive maskless microfabrication", within the PNTS Project – "National Platform of Semiconductor Technologies".
