TENDER DESCRIPTION

This lot focuses on group formation of the serotine bat and maternity research for all relevant bat species: • Establishing the presence and distribution of relevant bat species; • Mapping maternity roosts, summer roosts, flight routes and foraging areas of relevant bat species; • Carrying out round 1 and round 2 of the maternity period in accordance with the guideline for the large areas bat protocol; • Submitting sound recordings of survey rounds in accordance with the data in the PVA (Annex C) • Carrying out counts for maternity indication in accordance with the PVA (Annex C); • Carrying out further surveys in accordance with the PVA (Annex C) for the serotine bat and the pond bat if this emerges from the analysis (this must be done in consultation with NLadviseurs). The survey period for this lot takes place between 15 April and 15 July and may be split over a maximum of 3 years (2027, 2028 and 2029). The results are to be submitted as spatial data (GIS), suitable for use in the SMP in the week of 16 July of the year in which the survey is completed, in accordance with PVA (Annex C). n.t.b.
