TENDER DESCRIPTION

This contract concerns the issuance and dispatch of universal service employment vouchers (CESU) and personalized support vouchers (CAP) for RSA beneficiaries in Essonne undergoing integration or accessing stable employment as part of the RSA exit Pack scheme and its associated services. It refers to the General Conditions for Supplies and Services Contract (CCAG) dated March 30, 2021. The contract execution is awarded to a single contractor, by purchase orders without a minimum amount and with a maximum amount of 800,000 euros excluding VAT for the entire duration of the contract, pursuant to Articles R2162-2, R2162-4 2°, and R2162-13 to R2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contract is concluded for a fixed period of 48 months starting from its notification or from the date indicated therein.
