TENDER DESCRIPTION

The work that falls to a construction contractor for small or relatively small maintenance, repair, renovation and service tasks carried out on the Parliament’s properties is procured as an annual contract. The contract covers, among other things, the following types of work: painting work, flooring (carpet) work, floor surface coating work, waterproofing work, parquet work, alterations in premises, suspended ceiling work, fire stopping work, HVAC and plumbing support work, sheet metal work, metal work, carpentry work and roof lighting installation work. Since this is a restricted procedure, this stage of the procurement concerns only the submission of the request to participate. The actual invitation to tender is sent, in accordance with the invitation to tender, to the selected companies that have been registered as candidates.
