TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the work is the comprehensive reconstruction of the school dormitory located in the EDUTECH campus. The dormitory is a building with one underground floor and 7 above-ground floors. As part of the reconstruction, the interior spaces of the dormitory will be renovated; on the floors where the accommodation units will be located, the system will change from room-based to cell-based, each cell will have its own sanitary facilities (bathroom with shower and WC). A new fire staircase will be added to the dormitory, the 7th floor, which is currently executed as an attic, will be removed and addressed as a new superstructure with a flat roof. The dormitory will include spaces for accommodation, teaching, administration, and operation. All internal installations will be new; the building's fire protection system (EPS and HSP) will be supplemented; photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof, and an energy storage battery room will be established in the building's basement.
