TENDER DESCRIPTION

The subject of the work is the comprehensive reconstruction of a school dormitory located on the EDUTECH campus. The dormitory is a building with one underground floor and 7 above-ground floors. As part of the reconstruction, the interior spaces of the dormitory will be renovated; on the floors where accommodation units will be located, the system will change from a room-based system to a cell-based system, with each cell having its own sanitary facilities (a bathroom with a shower and WC). A new fire staircase, 7.NP, will be added to the dormitory; which is currently being implemented as an attic will be removed and dealt with as a new extension with a flat roof. The dormitory will include spaces for accommodation, teaching, administration, and operation. All internal installations will be new; the building’s fire protection system will be supplemented (EPS and HSP). Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof, and an energy-storage battery room will be set up in the building’s basement.
