TENDER DESCRIPTION

Lot 1a is being created to support members by providing Fire Safety and Building Remediation Works, with the prevision of Active Fire Works, for properties located within the Midlands. Lot 1a will cover Fire Safety and Building Remediation Works, including but not limited to the following: • Fire Door Surveys, Repairs, Upgrades and Replacement where part of a wider remediation project • External Wall, Façade and Cladding Remediation Works • Cavity Barriers and External Wall Fire Barriers • Surveys, Health Checks, Intrusive Investigations and Condition Reporting • PCSA Contracts & Design Development • Building Regulations and Building Safety Act Compliance Support • Higher-Risk Building, Gateway 2 and Gateway 3 Support • Golden Thread, Digital Quality Assurance and Asset Information • Associated General Building Refurbishment, Enabling and Making-Good Works • Resident Liaison and Occupied Building Delivery • Ancillary Active Fire Protection Works where required as part of the overall solution • Signage Installation, Repairs and Maintenance Lot 1 includes the provision for the following Active Fire Protection Works, if required at Call-Off: • Fire Detection and Alarm…
