Part 1: Train control equipment and its components For the purposes of Part 1, the Contracting Authority intends to procure products of the manufacturer specified in the Schedule of Items or equivalent products. Type of contract: purchase framework contract The framework contract amount: net HUF 263,396,940 (8 types, different item codes — total information quantity 231 pcs). In the event of a successful procedure, the Contracting Authority will enter into a contract for the specified framework contract amount. From the framework contract amount, the Contracting Authority undertakes an ordering obligation for a value of net HUF 131,759,360 (planned for 116 pcs). The value of the portion of the framework contract amount not covered by the ordering obligation is net HUF 131,637,580 (planned for 115 pcs), which value is contained in the estimated value in accordance with Section 16(1) of the Kbt. The rules for placing orders are set out in the draft contract. The quantities specified are for information purposes.
