Part 1: Train control equipment and its components For this Part 1, the Contracting Authority intends to procure the product(s) manufactured as specified in the Bill of Quantities or equivalent products. Type of contract: framework purchase-sale contract The framework amount of the contract: net HUF 263,396,940 (8 types of products with different item codes — total indicative quantity of 231 pcs). If the procedure is successful, the Contracting Authority shall conclude a contract for the specified framework amount. The Contracting Authority undertakes, from the framework amount, a ordering obligation for a net value of HUF 131,759,360 (planned for 116 pcs). The value of the portion not covered by the ordering obligation from the framework amount is net HUF 131,637,580 (planned for 115 pcs), which value includes the estimated value in accordance with Section 16 (1) of the Kbt.
