TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of Saxony-Anhalt provides funds to its universities from the European Fund for Regional Development (ERDF) to promote research and innovation. In this context, during the ERDF funding period 2021-2027, the preparation of a cost estimate (KVM) building application for the new construction measure “Biobank and Clinical Research” was commissioned and the total costs in the amount of €22,990,154 were approved and set in the Finance Committee of the State Parliament of LSA. The essential planning objective is to implement the construction measure within the approved budget (as per KVM building application) of EUR 23.0 million for cost groups 200 to 700. The funding period ends on 31.12.2027. The project, including the final report, must be settled with the European Commission by 31.12.2029. The current directive framework sets the administrative close-out for ERDF funding (audited final report, closing letter by the IB, completion of data recording) for 31.12.2028.
