TENDER DESCRIPTION

The State of Saxony-Anhalt provides its universities with funds from the European Fund for Regional Development (ERDF) to promote research and innovation. In this context, for the ERDF funding period 2021-2027, the preparation of a cost estimate (KVM) building document for the new-build measure “Biobank and clinical research” was commissioned and, in the Finance Committee of the Landtag of Saxony-Anhalt (LSA), the total costs in the amount of €22,990,154 were approved and set. The key planning objective is to implement the construction measure within the approved budget (see KVM building document) of EUR 23.0 million for cost groups 200 to 700. The funding period ends on 31.12.2027. The project must be settled with the European Commission including the final report by 31.12.2029. The current administrative directive sets the administrative completion for the ERDF funding (audited final report, completion letter by the IB, completion of data capture) for 31.12.2028.
