eGPA 11011 - Lotto 1: Fornitura cuscinetti per impieghi vari - DEBO dopo

The contract duration is 36 months. The contract starts from the date of issuance of the first Order Specification or, in any case, six months after the stipulation date of the contract. The contract will cease its effects at the end of the 36-month period, even if the total amount has not been fully utilized, subject to a guaranteed minimum value. Additionally, the contract may close before its natural expiry if the maximum amount specified in Article 12 is fully committed. Trenitalia reserves the right to extend the contract under the same terms and conditions for a maximum of an additional 36 months.

The core scope of work for this tender is the supply of materials, divided into two distinct lots:

• Lotto 1: This lot involves the supply of "Cuscinetti per impieghi vari DEBO dopo" (Bearings for various DEBO applications). The supply must conform to the Technical Documentation provided by Trenitalia and adhere to all conditions and norms defined in the Tender Notice, the Tender Specifications, and the Contract scheme. For this lot, the materials must be produced directly by the awarded Contractor.
• Lotto 2: This lot concerns the supply of "Cuscinetti commerciali" (Commercial bearings). The supply must conform to the anagraphic description indicated by Trenitalia and comply with all conditions and norms outlined in the Tender Notice, the Tender Specifications, and the Contract scheme. The supply for this lot can be through direct sale or distribution/resale.

The Contractor is committed to supplying materials as detailed in Annex 2 of the contract. These materials will be ordered by Trenitalia using specific "Specifiche d'ordine" (Order Specifications) that will detail the types, quantities, and destinations of the materials as needed. This supply has an impact on operational safety and must be executed in full compliance with COCS 51.7/DT and associated procedures. All materials supplied must be delivered to Trenitalia properly packaged. The quantities mentioned in the annexed price list are indicative; actual order quantities will be specified in the "Specifiche d'ordine" and can vary based on Trenitalia's requirements, up to the maximum contract amount.
