TENDER DESCRIPTION

Establishment of a dynamic purchasing system the subject of which is the procurement of Other textile industry finished products. The contracting authority, in the Procurement Documents, sets out those product categories and their characteristics which it intends to implement by establishing a DBR. After the successful closing of the participation stage of the present procedure, when a specific procurement need arises, the contracting authority sends, via the EKR, an invitation to tender to those applicants for participation that have been qualified as suitable. Pursuant to Section 107(2) of the Public Procurement Act (Kbt.), during the implementation of the DBR, the contracting authority makes available, for the applicant for participation in the DBR, together with the sending of the invitation to tender, the precise technical description, quantities, and contractual terms relating to the specific public procurements to be carried out in the system.
