TENDER DESCRIPTION

Under a purchase contract, the Contracting Authority intends to procure 5 protective equipment sets. The detailed technical parameters and the expected minimum requirements are contained in the technical description forming part of the KD. With regard to the provisions of Section 46(3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X.30.) (hereinafter: 321/2015. (X.30.) Korm. r.), the Contracting Authority (hereinafter: CA) emphasizes that if any part of the KD contains a reference to an article, process, activity, person, patent or trademark of a specific make, origin or type, and/or if it specifies a standard, technical permission, technical requirements, or a technical recommendation, then such references are made only for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject matter; the CA also accepts a product equivalent to that. The CA draws attention to the fact that in the case of offering an equivalent product, the equivalence must be substantiated by the tenderer (hereinafter: TE) in its tender.
