TENDER DESCRIPTION

An energy-efficient renovation and expansion of the existing Energy Museum on the Kraftwerk Mitte site in Dresden is planned. The renovation of the building is aimed at upgrading the building as a museum. The new building accommodates offices, a foyer with an event room, sanitary facilities, and an access core. In front of the museum, a forecourt as well as an external staircase connecting the existing building and the new building will be created.
