TENDER DESCRIPTION
The Contracting Authority is already the self-insurer for the WGA and is insured. The Contracting Authority intends to take out a new WGA self-insurance policy as of 1-1-2027 in order to cover all attributable costs relating to the WGA self-insurance. In doing so, in addition to the basic coverage, the run-off risk must also be covered. The Contracting Authority is self-insurer for the Sickness Benefits Act (Ziektewet) and also intends to remain so during the entire term of the new WGA insurance policy.
